Medical research with the La Paz University Hospital in Madrid

Reale Seguros, in its package of urgent measures to help alleviate the situation of the groups most affected by COVID-19, collaborates on a research project with the Research Institute of the La Paz University Hospital

The goal is to classify patients with coronavirus at the time of hospitalization, in order to predict their evolution, as well as to propose treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors, which block the entry of the virus into cells, for those with worse prognosis.

This project is carried out in collaboration with the La Paz University Hospital Research Institute (IdiPAZ) together with the emergency service.
